More than a busy schedule

Still learning my way around the maze that is Blog-posting, but it appears I've finally arrived! Nice to be here.

As Dave has pointed out, there is a lot happening over the next few days in the life of GFC! Friday/Saturday Family Conference, Sunday with special visit from missionary partner Rod Conner, Mon-Mon trip to Spain to visit other missionaries...

Ever feel like you have so much to do your head is spinning? A sense of that has emerged for me over the past couple of weeks, but the most important thing remains: to sit at the feet of the Lord. To talk to Him in prayer and hear His words from Scripture. Thank you Dave for bringing His word to light in each of your posts!

As we move into the next few days and weeks, I pray we will do so eager to hear from the Lord, working heartily for Him, rejoicing that we have all these opportunities to bring Him glory! In our own lives (and families) as well as in the lives of people all around the world. Regardless of how much or little we have on our schedule, we will never get to do "today" over again. Let's pray for God's grace to fill it.

Kenny
